Unassigned Way Bill

Once this waybill has a car assigned to it the car is then put into train JS-2. When JS-2 arrives at 33rd Street the car is located on to the correct siding were it is time stamped by the conductor or yard master. Once time stamped the clock starts running on this waybill. Two and one half hours latter the car is considered Loaded or Unloaded in this case an this waybill is marked completed and the Car Initials and Road Number is transferred to the opposite side of the waybill and then those instructions are carried out.

Home Route Car

This is normally the "B Side" of the waybill. The Car Initials and Road Number are placed in the appropriate spot and this car then returns to staging.

Loading Waybill

This waybill is a request for and Empty Clean car for loading. In this case a 40' Boxcar is needed at J.T. Stanley Soap for loading. Once at J.T. Stanley this waybill is marked completed and the Car Initials and Road Number is transferred to the reverse side of this Waybill.
