What with all the operating sessions and travel, ProRail guests and hosts are not all in the same place at the same time. A nice meal with everyone who is attending the event is a great way to catch up.
Dinner
The details for the dinner are not nailed down yet, but the general pattern is to have a dinner near (or at) the event hotel on the Saturday evening of ProRail. Sometimes the dinner has been at a railroad-related place.
